Although we typically do not accept exchanges or refunds, we will consider doing so on an individual basis. Customized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you’re satisfied. Please understand that each candle was made individual of one another with passion and love.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment when photographic proof of damage is submitted to SculptureStuff within 7 days of delivery. If your package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for an exchange of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Returns/Exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please note that replacement orders are subject to availability in stock.
- SculptureStuff is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping process
-Item/Items that are brand new being returned to us that arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund
- You have 48 hours to let us know of any damage or issues, upon receiving your order. 
-Item/Items must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)

 

Please read the following return/exchange instructions:

  1. Email sculpturestuff@gmail.com to request a Customer Return/Exchange Form.
  2. Properly package your return/exchange along with the Customer Return/Exchange Form.
  3. SculptureStuff recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post for tracking purposes and to ensure timely delivery. SculptureStuff Products will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled
Please note that USPS and UPS can experience delays with delivery. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

We do offer refund before your items are fulfilled. Please  note, refunds will always cost $ 10 per case study by a customer. This price will be discounted from the refund.
